Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This is just a confirmation that we have received it. Expect your order to be shipped out the next business day.

 

Pre-order items

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as the products are in stock. This can sometimes vary between 4-6 weeks.  In pre-order purchases, purchases must be paid at the moment the order is placed. As a suggestion pay for these separately to items available as we will only post your items out to you when all items are available.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS

In My Kingdom prides itself on quality. All clothing and art work is passed through 3 quality checks, to ensure your item is sent to you in perfect condition. 

 

In the case a customer is wanting to return an item and requests a refund of the item(s) the customer must contact us within 7 days to obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package returned. Please ensure that the returned items include a proof of purchase (copy of the invoice inside). The item/s must be unworn, unwashed, with no marks. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

In My Kingdom has the right to reject a return if any of the above terms aren't adhered to. In this case you will be contacted regarding the send back at your expense.

 

A refund comes in the form of a credit note. The credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned and a quality check on the item(s) has been made and approved. This procedure will take up to 30 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. The credit note has a 5 year expire date.

 

Kindly note that customised items can not be returned. Clients are liable for guaranteeing that the customisation subtleties are right. No cancellations nor adjustments can be made once a request has been placed.

Due to product demand and changes in product availability, including discontinuing certain products as determined by us in our discretion, product availability through inmykingdom.com.au is not guaranteed. This applies even for products that you may have purchased previously through inmykingdom.com.au. You can contact us through our Contact Us page to determine product availability.

Prices for products offered through wealthy-souls.co.au are subject to change as determined by us in our discretion. Such pricing policy applies to all products, including products that you may have purchased previously through inmykingdom.com.au

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Buy Now"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

The Service Provider offers delivery of Products to a User-selected courier, package machine or service point. The Service Provider delivers Products in certain countries including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin (French part), Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. However, additional duty fees and/or taxes may be incurred depending on the destination country's regulations. The User is responsible for any costs related to customs duties and/or taxes, unless these costs are explicitly included in the purchase price of the Product.
